Clinical Hypnosis

Hypnosis is an amazing technique.

It is not meditation. It is not sleep. It is not psychotherapy. It’s not even relaxation.

Hypnosis is deep, deep concentration. It is a way for you to use your mind in a different way – a way to reach your goal.

During hypnosis I help you concentrate on something in your mind. When you are deeply absorbed and focused you are extremely suggestible. We call that suggestible state a trance.

Whatever is said to you when you are so suggestible slips right into your unconscious mind and stays with you. So, that’s when I say all the sentences to you that you and I formulated beforehand. Those sentences assure that you will succeed at accomplishing your goal.
